GoGetParty is a classified ad platform. It also serves as a financial intermediary in purchase-sale transactions

  1. General Rules
  1. These rules define the procedure and terms of use for the GoGetParty portal (hereinafter — the Portal) and are mandatory for all users.
  1. GoGetParty is a classifieds portal where registered users can create individual profiles to post ads. The Portal also serves as a service marketplace. The Portal is administered by GO GET PARTY SIA, LV40203667883, Putnu iela 14 \-14, Riga, LV-1058 (hereinafter — GoGetParty).
  1. A GoGetParty User is any individual or legal entity registered on the GoGetParty Portal.
  1. A GoGetParty Service Provider is a natural or legal person offering services on the portal.
  1. The GoGetParty platform allows Users to post, offer, search for, and book services. Users posting ads and offering services are called "Service Providers", and Users who search for, book, and use services are called "Users". GoGetParty provides the Platform and does not own, operate, control, or offer the listings or services. It is not a party to any contractual relationships between Users and Service Providers.
  1. Use of the Portal is considered full acceptance of these rules, including any changes. GoGetParty may update these rules at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication.
  1. Users agree to receive updates about relevant events related to the Portal.
  1. GoGetParty reserves the right to use uploaded photos and information for promotional purposes.
  1. Cookies are used for content quality, usability, and personalization. By using the Portal, users agree to this.
  1. The Portal administration is not responsible for third-party actions, user obligations to others, or information and services posted by users.
  1. Ads about services may not be posted by people unaffiliated or unauthorized by the company in question.
  1. Political content or propaganda is prohibited. Violations will result in profile blocking.
  1. Ads or messages offending dignity, inciting violence, racial hatred, or illegal acts are prohibited. Violators will be blocked.
  1. If access is restricted or the profile or data is deleted, no compensation or refund will be provided. If GoGetParty decides to refund, only the virtual wallet balance is returned, minus bonuses.
  1. The Portal ensures 99.5% service availability (SLA).
  1. GoGetParty also acts as a financial intermediary in sale transactions between buyer and Portal, and seller and Portal, after service is delivered.

  1. Registration
  1. Registration on the Portal is carried out using a Facebook.com account, Google Gmail, or an email address. By registering, the user confirms that they are using their personal account.
  1. Posting Advertisements
  1. Posting an advertisement on the Portal is a paid service.
  1. Payment Terms
  1. GoGetParty provides payment services for Users who publish, offer, and purchase services. These payment services are offered on behalf of the Service Providers and may include, where available, the following:

  1. Use of Virtual Wallet
  1. General Provisions
  1. The Virtual Wallet (hereinafter referred to as the “Wallet”) is an internal tool of the platform for storing and using funds.
  1. The Wallet is available only to registered users of the platform.
  1. Funds deposited into the Wallet can be used exclusively within the platform for payment of services.
  1. Wallet Top-Up
  1. Users may top up their Wallet using a bank card, electronic payment systems, or other available methods.
  1. Minimum and maximum top-up amounts may be set by the platform.
  1. Funds deposited into the Wallet are tied to the user’s account and cannot be transferred to third parties.
  1. Use of Funds
  1. Funds in the Wallet may be used only within the platform for:
  1. Payment of service listings (posting of service provider cards),
  1. Payment of other paid features offered by the platform (e.g., promotional packages, ad boosting, and other services).
  1. Funds in the Wallet are non-withdrawable and cannot be transferred to other users.
  1. Fees and Charges
  1. The platform may charge a fee for Wallet top-ups, transactions, and the use of paid features.
  1. Fees are displayed before the transaction is confirmed.
  1. Security and Responsibility
  1. The platform ensures the protection of payment data and security of transactions.
  1. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  1. The platform is not liable for unauthorized access to the Wallet resulting from the user’s own actions (e.g., password loss).
  1. Blocking and Access Restriction
  1. The platform reserves the right to temporarily block the Wallet if there is suspicion of fraud or violation of rules.
  1. In case of serious violations, access to the Wallet may be permanently restricted without prior notice.
  1. Changes to Terms
  1. The platform reserves the right to amend the Wallet usage rules and will notify users in advance.
  1. Continued use of the Wallet after changes are made implies the user's agreement with the updated terms.

  1. Remote Agreement
  1. These terms (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) constitute a contract between GO GET PARTY SIA and the buyer of the service (hereinafter — the “User”).
